Dreads wip! It’s going to be teen-elder (still working on the teen scalps—they’re doing their funky floating about the head thing even though they were properly fitted to the teen head wth). Volatile texture shown here.
Not going to lie, the animation is really horrendous on this. It sucks ass. And it stretches out the beads on the hair and everything just ugh. So. That really sucks and it may take me a while to address this, so if there is anyone out there that has handy tips to fix it, I’d appreciate some help! It doesn’t help that milkshape likes to crash when using the bone tool. :/

This was a WIP hair by Nouk. She showed it off in her progress thread in the Creator Feedback forum at MTS and on her Facebook NoukieSims page. As far as I am aware, she never released it :( I wish she had: it is amazing!
Gosh darn it I forgot why I hate messing with dreads. So um…it’s there. Does anyone know how to fix the awesome texture on the back (although painted on squares of texture is all the rage, I don’t know why I’m bothering with it…)
Still have loads to do to fix up the sides and make it fit the head properly.

This was originally meant to be part of a bigger follower’s gift, but it turns out making tens of recolours takes a lot of time, and I didn’t want for my next post to be in May. Ah, well.
So. You have your standard Pooklet colour palette for the naturals, binned, familied, with Mail Bomb for Elders (unlinked). As for the unnaturals, I made 49(!) dip-dye recolours. Everything is compressorized and clearly labeled, so you can delete the files you don’t want. Credits go to Cazy for the mesh and Pooklet for the textures and colour actions.

I made - what feels like - a million hair recolours and am currently sorting through the preview pictures so I can share them at GoS. I regret making so many colours :|
