Now for the nitty gritty…
This house will need OFB (for windows) and AL or M&G (for the roofing sections & fireplace).
It comes UNFURNISHED but with light (ivy) decoration.
The floorplan is not the same as the movie house, and I have tried my best to make as much of the roof space playable as possible. Unfortunately when I play tested the lot, there is a part of the roof that registers as “ceiling too low”. The version of the house you are downloading does not have a door connected this section for that reason.

Finally wrestled that roof into a bit more submission, so I’m much happier with it! I tried to make as much of the roof space usable as possible, but it still didn’t work exactly as I’d hope, a couple of “ceiling too low”s :(
The upload version won’t have nearly as much greenery, but I downloaded some add ons to Maron’s Lunasims roses conversion and wanted to have some fun!

Practical Magic was on tv today and my god I LOVE that house SO much.
Because I can’t live there in real life (and it turns out it was built just for the movie and dismantled afterward), at least my Sims can live there.
So, this is the product of five hours building. And that roof has been an absolute BITCH.
Also… why are split level stairs so hard!? I spent the last hour alone trying to recreate them but it wrecks the window placements which made me
get madgive up and settle for spiral staircases.
