Practical Magic was on tv today and my god I LOVE that house SO much.

Because I can’t live there in real life (and it turns out it was built just for the movie and dismantled afterward), at least my Sims can live there.

So, this is the product of five hours building. And that roof has been an absolute BITCH.

Also… why are split level stairs so hard!? I spent the last hour alone trying to recreate them but it wrecks the window placements which made me ~~get mad~~ give up and settle for spiral staircases.

Almost finished the house (which is one of S655’s rowhouses) just gotta do the backyard. The rest of the rooms can remain empty for the time being, and I have to stop fiddling with that bedroom!
